Ashlee Pridgen always had a passion for baking but she never had the time to pursue it. When the world shut down in 2020 due to COVID-19, she had all the time to practice baking and knew that it was finally a chance to start her own bakery business. She wanted to establish a black-owned enterprise that catered to all kinds of people.
